Timor Aid was a prominent provider of relief in Timor-Leste during the emergency period of 1999-2001 and has managed a large range of major projects, funded by a number of European Governments and NGOs, the European Commission, AusAID, USAID, AFCP, UNICEF, UNESCO, UNW and other UN agencies, as well as various private foundations.
We are working to empower rural communities and preserve the culture of Timor-Leste. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to live a healthy, productive, and dignified life in a community that values its culture and heritage.
